An exquisite, Grade II Listed longhouse of exceptional charm and character. The honeysuckle-clad porch welcomes you in to the old world charm of beamed ceilings, inglenook fireplace, cosy rooms and a log fire. A world away from 21st century life, yet all the mod cons for your comfort.

The farmhouse has a hand crafted pine kitchen with true country character; it is fully equipped with full size cooker, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. The dining room with its low dark beams and Delabole slate floor is quite unique and furnished with dark oak dining suite, matching dresser and fireside chairs.

The hallway leads to the cosy sitting room, with its log fire for cool evenings, sofa and chairs to relax on while watching Freeview TV /DVD.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms all with cottage character and exposed roof beams. The romantic master bedroom (king-size bed) has fitted pine cupboards and a washbasin. It is next to the bathroom, which has a bath with over shower. The second bedroom is spacious with twin beds. The small but pretty third bedroom has a double bed.
