Facilities and General Information

All of our cottages are well equipped to a high standard.

There are shared laundry facilities for the cottages.

All cottages have a TV with freeview and a DVD player.

Arrival after 3:00 pm. Departure by 10:00 am.

Beds will be made up for your arrival. All bed linen included but you will need to bring your own bath towels.

No smoking inside cottages.

Please note that our ponds and lake are deep and unfenced.

You are welcome to walk round the farm or bring mountain bikes.

Heating:

Rental includes heating, electricity / gas.
The Old Farmhouse and Buttermill Cottage –central heating will be on twice a day in spring and autumn and according to weather in other periods.
The Hayloft and Courtyard Stables have full electric heating systems

Dogs:

Dogs are allowed by arrangement at time of booking (puppies and certain breeds e.g. pitbull not accepted). We usually take up to three dogs.

Dogs must not be left unattended in property. There is a registered kennel 2 miles away which will take dogs for short stays if needed.

Dogs are not allowed up on the furniture or beds.

There is a £10 per dog per stay charge to cover the extra cleaning.

We cannot guarantee the security of the gardens for dogs.

Dogs should have up to date vaccinations and must be wormed before they come to the farm with a good wormer sold by a vet e.g. Drontal.
